This 3 way splitter allows you to build complex 1-wire networks using 6 way cables. Spurs on the network should be kept short and the performance of the network will depend on the cable used and the overall length. For guidance, with a relatively short (less than 100m) main network, you should be able to extend spurs to up to 2m, hence allowing the cabling of a data centre, for example.
